Goal
The goal of the chapter services fund is to provide direct
monetary support to the PKT chapter at St. Francis college.

The alumni board can collect and solicit donations all year
round making it much more effective than an annual
newsletter mailed to old addresses. Also, once donations are
collected they can be pooled under one "roof" to provide the
most impact possible.
Another reason behind the creation of this account was to avoid the mis-management of
money that seems to be inescapable at many greek letter organizations. The PTAA will not
be giving the chapter blank checks or donations of cash, but rather will be paying all or a
portion of some of there most imortant bill and fees.

This way alumni know their donation are being used in the most effective manner possible,
and we can assure that the financial stability of the chapter.

What It Pays For
The CS fund helps pay for the operational costs of the undergraduate chapter. It will assist
in paying things like insurance fees, house costs, event hosting, recruitment costs, and
everything else involved in maintaing the chapter. This is similar to when you may have
donated previously when the chapter sent out a newsletter, however there is now complete
accountability for how your money is being used.

Most importantly, a portion of these proceeds will go to the PTAA's contribution toward the
Greek Village. It is therefore very important to raise as much money as possible so that we
can position our chapter to receive one of the first units being built. We will be posting more
information about the Greek Village soon.
